BI-HEX NYLON HEAD SPECIFICATION
Complete encapsulation of a HWH screw head with a 11mm BI-HEX Nylon coloured head.
To give ultimate protection and a neat, aesthetically pleasing finish.
MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
The following results were for Teepee Products 5/16″ HWH screws with a 10.5mm flange diameter moulded over in Reading, Berkshire by Teepee Product during February 2018. Ambient average temperature 17°C to 18°C
Test samples were randomly selected from various production runs.
Please note: Tortional strength tests are carried out at regular intervals as part of our quality control procedure.
Note: Figures are average test results and are ultimate failure loads. No safety factors have been taken into account.
Results obtained using a TW12 torque meter manufactured to ISO 6789 1992 calibration cert. no. 894004-01185 with accurate reading range 2Nm to 13.5Nm (20% to 100% of maximum torque values)
