Use for fixing 135mm, 137mm and 60mm composite panels to heavy steel rail (hot rolled) 3.5mm to 12.5mm.

Will fix panels 130mm to 150mm trough/valley fix into heavy steel rails
Complete with 16mm Bonded Washer for side wall and general use.
Please consider using with a 19mm Bonded Washer as they are suitable for both roof main fix and side wall use

11mm standard BI-HEX nylon moulded head fasteners. All our fasteners are Moulded in the UK.
Topfix is not generally recommended. If unavoidable or specified for a particular application a saddle/storm washer should be used and particular care taken in installation.
A 6.3mm diameter coarse thread just under the head stitches the top outer sheet of the composite panel to the head keeping the sheet and washer clamped together giving a typical ultimate resistance force of 1.4kN in normal applications.

The length specified is the length of the fastener from under the head before moulding, Add approximately 8mm to the length of the fastener for the total length including the moulded head.

Use a purpose made screwgun for installation. Cordless drivers and drill drivers are ideal with torque set fairly high on a high speed and in driver mode. Please note: Impact drivers should not be used under any circumstance and automatically voids any warranties.
