MEGA reduced point high torque stitcher/repair
Use where an exceptionally high clamp required in thinner sheets and critical applications and where a repair is needed when screws have failed or been removed.
Complete with a 16mm Bonded Washer for side wall and general repairs.

Fasteners have a reduced point and are designed to give a high clamping force when fixing (stitching) sheets together. Not suitable for sheet to rail they will jam up.
These fasteners have a minimum 500hr SST coating. Link below.
The length specified is the length of the fastener from under the head before moulding, Add approximately 8mm to the length of the fastener for the total length including the moulded head.

Use a purpose made screwgun for installation. Cordless drivers and drill drivers are ideal with torque set fairly high on a high speed and in driver mode. Please note: Impact drivers should not be used under any circumstance and automatically voids any warranties.
