For the capping of standard 8mm (5/16″) HWH screws with a permanent colour matched nylon cap.

For use when BI-HEX moulded head screws are unavailable. These are an exact match to our moulded BI-HEX heads, made from the same material with the exact same appearance.

Available in bags of 100 and 500 in the full range of colours we mould.

APPLICATION NOTES

Caps must be pushed on firmly. Generally requiring more force to push on than the polypropylene hex cladding caps but with a much better grip and a much longer life expectancy. Where excessive force is required to push caps on, immerse caps into hot water to make the application easy.

Please note: The HWH polypropylene colour caps will be superseded by our RETRO caps.
